Roller coaster graph of US housing prices
You really have to check this out. It is a 1st person rendition (using a rollercoaster perspective) of house prices in the US from 1890 to 2007. At the end, its remarkable that from 1997 onwards, the roller coaster just keeps going up and up and up. And ends up during 2007. We all know what happened thereafter. There has to be a crash.
